Paraswap remaps MIDI note parameters—Velocity, Length, and Chance—based on user-defined thresholds, extending the conceptual framework of Multiswap beyond pitch. For each parameter, values above or below a specified threshold can be probabilistically replaced with new fixed output values, creating multi-band transformations that reshape expressive behavior. This approach allows for precise or unpredictable reinterpretation of MIDI clips, making Paraswap an essential tool for dynamic modulation and generative variation within existing material, while offering a new take on MIDI parameter control.

Requires Live 12.0.x running Max 8.6.x or higher.
